Business Analyst

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Analyst to join our dynamic IT team.

The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in translating business needs into functional specifications, working closely with stakeholders, and collaborating with developers to deliver technology solutions that drive our business forward.

Job description:

Requirements Gathering: Work with stakeholders to understand business needs, gather requirements, and document them in clear, concise terms.

Data Analysis: Analyze business processes, workflows, and system interactions to identify opportunities for improvement.

Documentation: Create comprehensive business requirement documents, use cases, user stories, and process flow diagrams.

Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA, and project managers, to ensure successful project delivery.

Communication: Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, facilitating clear and effective communication.

Requirements Skills:

5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in an IT environment

Nice to have:

3 years of experience in the financial or accounting field

Experience in working with SQL databases

Technical Skills:

Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Scrum, JIRA) is a plus.

Soft Skills:

Experience with requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation techniques.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand complex business processes and systems.

Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
