We’re looking for a Chief Technology Officer who believes that great engineering begins and ends with the customer.

Reporting directly to the CEO and working closely with the Group CTO, you’ll play a key role in defining how our engineering organization evolves and how our technology serves our customers. 

Your mission 

You’ll create the strategy, culture, leadership, and technology foundations that allow our teams to consistently deliver products that customers trust, experiences they value, and innovations that solve real business challenges.

You’ll: 

• Lead and develop an R&D organization of 70+ software professionals through Engineering Managers and technical leaders. 
• Bring together multiple engineering teams into one cohesive, customer-focused organization with shared values, common engineering practices, and a strong delivery culture. 
• Define and execute the technology strategy that transforms mature desktop products into modern cloud-native platforms. 
• Establish engineering standards and development practices that improve quality, speed, reliability, security, and operational excellence. 
• Partner with Product, Professional Services, Sales & Executive Leadership to ensure technology investments deliver measurable customer and business outcomes. 
• Build engineering metrics that create transparency, predictability, and continuous improvement. 
• Develop future engineering leaders through coaching, mentoring, and succession planning. 
• Champion the thoughtful adoption of AI across the software development lifecycle to accelerate innovation and improve developer productivity. 
• Represent our technology vision internally and externally—with customers, strategic partners, industry events, and the wider technology community.

What we’re looking for 

We’re looking for a technology executive who has successfully led transformation—not just software development. 

You’ll likely bring: 

• A proven track record of leading software engineering organizations of 50+ professionals through Engineering Managers and senior technical leaders. 
• Significant experience integrating teams, scaling engineering organizations, or leading complex organizational change. 
• Deep experience modernizing enterprise software and migrating products and databases to public cloud platforms such as AWS or Microsoft Azure. 
• Strong understanding of modern software engineering, cloud operations, CI/CD, software quality, observability, security, and operational excellence. 
• Experience working alongside executive leadership to align technology strategy with business priorities and long-term growth. 
• The ability to inspire engineers, influence executives, and earn the trust of customers and stakeholders alike. 
• Excellent communication skills in English. 
• Experience with cloud migration technologies such as Babelfish, AWS DMS, SCT, or similar tools is highly valued. 
• A hands-on leader who stays close to technology and delivery, not just the strategy. 
• A self-starter who takes initiative without waiting for direction. 
• A collaborative style that builds trust across teams, not just top-down authority.
